In Ms. Nguyen’s book interview, her story of balancing life as a single mother and attorney chronicled her personal background entailing the inspiration of her own mother who immigrated here from Vietnam.  Her immigrant mother inspired Ms. Nguyen into becoming an attorney and ultimately the woman that she is proud to be today – one who is dedicated to her family, has faith in her abilities, demonstrates integrity in her work as an attorney and the courage to fight for the right cause for those who need a voice.

Ms. Nguyen is very compassionate and determined to serve our community by being a strong advocate for underrepresented groups in need of legal representation.  She continues to strive to make a positive difference in the immigration legal field in her privileged role as a law professor and attorney.
